Want to start CrossFit? If you have never done CrossFit you will need to do our Fundamentals classes. These are classes going over the nine functional movements of CrossFit. Making sure you understand proper form. Your first step will be to come in and start working out with us. During the class we will work with you and determine which movements you need help with. Register below (drop in rates and instructions are on the bottom of the rates tab page.
