Want to start CrossFit? If you have never done CrossFit you will need to do our Fundamentals classes. These are three separate classes, each lasting an hour long, going over the nine functional movements of CrossFit. You must take all three classes, in order, before moving on to the regular WOD Classes. Please either call or txt 480-788-8861 to set up a Fundamentals class for you. Someone will get back with you and go over how to proceed.

Done CrossFit? Must have substantial experience to opt out of fundamentals. To opt out, drop into a regular class and show up early. Register below. (drop in rates and instruction are on the bottom of the rates tab).
